Welcome to Foxy's
For nearly two decades, Foxys has been a vibrant community hub in Penarth. We host a variety of groups and classes—including Welsh and Italian lessons—and even have our own choir. Join us Thursdays at 7:30pm.

Our afternoon tea is very popular! We offer a traditional Welsh afternoon tea from £8 a head.
Join us for breakfast from 8am to 2:30pm, with a lunch menu that caters for everyone—plenty of choices for veggies and vegans, plus a dedicated kids’ menu for the little ones. Our traditional Welsh afternoon tea is a real treat, from just £12 per person—please book ahead. Don’t forget to check our specials board, with everything homemade right here in the Foxys kitchen. Need to catch up on work? We offer free Wi-Fi, perfect with a fresh coffee. We’re fully licensed too, with regular live music events, and we proudly support local artists with exhibitions you can enjoy—or take home.
Took my mum here today for her birthday, had the afternoon tea for two, was lovely, plenty to eat and drink, lovely and fresh, fantastic homely little cafe and staff were so attentive even offering to take a pic of us both, thank you...will definitely be be back.
Afternoon tea here today was really lovely. Lady owner/staff couldn't have been more attentive. Sandwiches were fresh, delicious & plentiful. Look forward to a return visit to sample the coffee.
We live in a world of Starbucks or Costa where we seem to be satisfied with the mundane reliably served. Thank heavens places like Foxy’s still exist.
